Baza is a craft beer and ramen restaurant which is run by the Deer Bear brewing company, which has established itself something of a positive reputation. The highlight here though at the moment isn’t necessarily the ramen, which is a little variable in quality, but the range of the craft beers. The restaurant opened at the end of 2019 and has become a popular venue in the city, but perhaps a different form of food, or just a focus on craft beer, would have been better. The menu isn’t currently available in English, although the staff are usually keen and willing to offer assistance.

The restaurant is open from 13.00 until 23.00 on Mondays and Tuesdays, from 13.00 until 00.00 on Wednesdays to Saturdays and from 12.00 until 00.00 on Sundays.
