This upmarket Polish restaurant has become one of the most popular fine dining options in the city, with traditional meat dishes alongside some vegetarian options. The prices are expensive for Toruń, with main courses often more than 100zl, but there are more affordable options and the food is well presented and of a high quality. The service style is a little formal, but the restaurant isn’t stuffy, with the staff being helpful and personable. Advance reservations are usually advisable, with the centrally located restaurant also having some cheaper lunch-time deals available.
The pan-fried halibut is recommended, as is the home-made carrot cake.
The restaurant is open from 12.00 until 22.00 on Mondays to Thursdays, from 12.00 until 23.00 on Fridays and Saturdays and from 12.00 until 21.00 on Sundays.
